This Fireball Apple Cider Float is the perfect amount of sweet with a little action from the Fireball and Peach Schnapps. A cinnamon sugar rim and caramel sauce top off this delightful fall cocktail.
There is just something so right about mixing Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey with apple cider. It enhances the flavors even more and makes the perfect fall cocktail. A bit of ice cream is so refreshing while it is still a bit warm outside.

Variations
- I used store bought apple cider, but you can make your own at home. This recipe for Crockpot Apple Cider looks amazing.
- I’m in love with Peach Schnapps and feel like it really enhances the apple flavor. However, you can leave it out if you don’t have it available.
- I wouldn’t skimp on the caramel sauce it is so food with this Fireball Apple Cider Float.
Needed Ingredients
- Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey – goes so well with apple cider flavors.
- Peach Schnapps – really enhances the apple cider.
- Apple Cider – can be purchased in the store or made at home if it isn’t in season.
- Vanilla Ice Cream – I used vanilla bean ice cream.
- Caramel Sauce – this is available in the store with the ice cream toppings. This one is my favorite.
- Cinnamon Sugar – a mixture of sugar with a pinch of cinnamon enhances this cocktail with extra flavors on the rim.
- Honey – helps to adhere the cinnamon sugar to the rim.
- Apple Slice – used for an optional garnishment.
- Cinnamon Stick – used for an optional garnishment.
Directions
- Dip the rim of a float glass into honey and coat thoroughly.
- Dip the coated rim into a plate with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Add around 1 C. of vanilla ice cream to the glass.
- Add the Fireball and Peach Schnapps.
- Fill the remainder of the glass with apple cider.
- Top with caramel sauce, apple slice, cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.

- 1.5 oz. Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
- .75 oz. Peach Schnapps
- 1 C. Apple Cider
- 1 C. Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Caramel Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon Sugar
- 1 Tsp. Honey
- 1 Apple Slice (optional)
- 1 Cinnamon Stick (optional)

Dip the rim of a float glass into honey and coat thoroughly.

Dip the coated rim into a plate with the cinnamon sugar mixture.

Add around 1 C. of vanilla ice cream to the glass.
